My Heart Flies Open Book Reading and Mindful Art Project

Omi has achieved in one hour with the kids,  what therapy seems to do in months. Jones Elementary Librarian

Our children are the future and it is with great pleasure that since My Heart Flies Open has been published I have read My Heart Flies Open, (accompanied by  mindful art project, breath and movement) to  thousands of children.  The readings often go like this: I read the book, the children discuss what is on their mind, we do yoga and breathwork, and I help them reach their happy place through  producing a mindful mantra art piece which they can take home with them.

If you are in Asheville City our Buncombe Country you can book me through Asheville City School Foundation TAPAAS program. If you are out of the district you can book me directly.
